WebI'm on Cymbalta. I started it about two weeks ago. At first I was dizzy, and a little odd feeling. I'm not on a terribly high dose, 30 mg QD, and I'm starting to level out. The only persistent negative side effect is fatigue, but I'm willing to give it a few more weeks to lessen. I've lost my appetite (which is a good thing.)
