WebJul 14, 2013 · If the OP is a permitted occupier then there is no need for there to be any credit checks etc. I agree that the OP could become a lodger of one of the tenants. If this goes ahead it will all be about trust between them all. Usually where there are unrelated people sharing someone has to take the responsibility of paying all the bills anyway.
